“I just want to commend MacDonald for his excellent service at the PetLounge in Port Elizabeth on Thursday morning 13 Feb 2020. At the very last minute, after hearing that my big boy was not able to fly with me as access luggage, he assisted me and assured me that all will be fine. This was wonderful as it was the first time I have ever flown a dog.

My boy din in deed arrive safe and sound in Johannesburg and continued to excel in his training and did really well in the Championship Shows in PE.
